About Us

HPCED is a state-level organization working to promote entrepreneurship, skill development, and livelihood generation across Himachal Pradesh. The organization focuses on empowering youth, women, and marginalized communities by building their capacities through structured training programs and entrepreneurship development initiatives.

Board of Governing

The governance of HPCED is overseen by a Board of Governors (BOG), with the Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary (Industries) serving as the Chairman, and the Director of Industries as the Vice Chairman.
